It was a tough day of fishing on the California Delta. We had heavy rain and wind through out the day. The weather had made it very difficult to fish, but I had endured the nasty weather and got some qualify fish. Water temperature was around 55 degrees and it was muddied from the rain. I had thrown a spinnerbait and a chatterbait all day for a total of 3 fish. I almost had a 4th fish, but my braided line was weak and snapped off as I was reeling it toward the boat. Unfortunately I had lost both the fish and lure. I was fortunate to weigh in 14.55 for 3 fish and had a 7.09lb big fish. At least I finished in 7th place.
